Hi everyone
Our supplier has now shipped the missing packages which contain the titanium yo-yos and some of the aluminium ones. The estimated delivery date is the 25th of Feb. Once they arrive we will be begin the short process of machining them to install the axel and installing the rims. Judging from the yo-yos we have assembled already ,this process should take about 4 days.
Following this we will be packaging them and sending them out for delivery.
Thanks for your continued patience.
As always if there’s any questions just let me know.
Thanks
Hugo.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for your continued patience. We are still waiting for a few of the packages that were missing from our last delivery. Due to the Chinese New Year we have been unable to get in contact with our supplier. Tomorrow we will finally be able to get in contact with them, at which point we will give another update of the status of the outstanding packages.
As always, if there's any questions please pop me an email at [email protected]
Thanks
Hugo.
Fulfilment Update

Hi everyone. After a small delay at customs we have finally received the majority of our stock and have begun assembling the yo-yos. This process involves installing the response pads, axel and bearing. We've noticed a small defect on the threading of one half of each of the yo-yos. As a result we will have to manually bore out part of the threading on the lathe before installing the axel. This process shouldn't take too long and will be much faster than sending the yo-yo's back to our manufacturer.
Today we have completely assembled 130 out of 750 yo-yo's. Considering this we should be ready to start dispatching some of the orders within 7 days. The surface finish on the yo-yo's is perfect and I can't wait for you all to see the quality of the products we've produced. Today we were supposed to receive a batch of 7 packages from FedEx with our stock however two of them were not delivered. I have contacted FedEx and they are currently tracking down the missing boxes. If they are unable to find them, the supplier has agreed to re-ship them. Although the quality of the parts is perfect we have made the decision to use a different supplier for our future projects and do a larger pre-production sample batch. This will mean all the designs can be 100% manufacture ready when we launch and will also mean we can receive our stock on time. There are some images below of the completed yo-yo's.
Thank you all for your patience, we are nearly at the finish line and will be sending out all orders soon. As always if there's any questions, please get in contact.

Manufacturing Update

Hi everyone. Hope you are all enjoying the Christmas period and that you have managed to see your families. I just wanted to use this free time to give you a quick up date with where we are in terms of manufacturing.
Our manufacturing partner has been having further issues in executing the design of the titanium version on the CNC machinery to our required standard. The issue has been with with the curved interior part of the design which is shown in red in the image below. The CNC milling machine has been getting snagged at this point resulting in an imperfect edge. The shape is very complex but this was frustrating to say the least, as we had produced a number of samples of the Ti version prior to the launch to ensure that all the manufacturing processes were effective. However our manufacturing partner has said they are unable to use the same processes for the mass order as the did for the samples as it is not time effective.
The good news is that over the past few weeks we have been prototyping a mix of solutions and we now have a solid design that can be manufactured in a suitable time frame. The altered design involves producing this curved 'connecting piece' out of aluminium and then joining it to titanium rims. The beauty of this solution is that it will also allow us to achieve a much better surface finish on all the parts and a better weight distribution that improves the performance of the yo-yo. This solution is shown below:
I would be extremely surprised if there are any further delays. We have now produced over 300 sets of completed yo-yos so the ability to mass produce the design has been proven. The only stage left is surface finishing. It hasn't been easy getting to this point so I would like to thank you all for your emails and your continuing support. The parts will be sent to us on 5th Jan. Following this we will be assembling, testing and dispatching them to you as quickly as possible. I'm expecting all orders to be dispatched by 12 Jan.
Thanks again, stay safe and hang tight. The yoyo's will be with you soon.
Production Schedule

Hi everyone,
Fulfilment surveys are 92% completed! There's just 29 of you who haven't yet completed them. Please do complete them as soon as you can as this is the best way to confirm your order details. I have just resent a reminder to your emails so please check.
We have begun production of all the Ghost Yo Yo's and we are expecting to receive our stock in about three weeks, slightly after our projected shipping date. Our supplier was having a minor issue whilst assembling the Titanium version which threw production off by a couple weeks, however we quickly implemented a solution which we have prototyped and tested so production is now in full swing.
Once the metal halves arrive from our supplier we will take about two weeks to assemble the yo yo's and test them in house before shipping. They will then be sent worldwide from our UK based distribution centre and arrive in your hands. We have all of the parts and packaging supplies ready to go and we are now just waiting for the sets of metal halves to arrive. We are expecting to ship around 15th December.
Thank you all for your continuing support. We have lots more exciting things to come that I hope to share with you soon.
As always, if there's any questions feel free to reach out to me at [email protected]
